Does a great job for it's size / price. Of course it went on sale the day after I purchased, but even at it's regular price it's a good deal. I purchased the "200w" version as well. Both look to be well made, and are very clean looking. I plan to use this with my computer, so I can use the headphone amp at the desk and power some small Klipsch bookshelf speakers I had from my first home theater setup that were a little too small for that duty but sound nice at lower volumes. Figured this was perfect. This amp ships with a 14.5 Volt, 4.5 amp power brick, which is nice. It should actually be able to put out (in theory) 65 total watts. Impressive for a tiny thing. For testing it powered up my Polk Rti A3 bookshelf speakers in my Kitchen without a problem. I didn't crank the volume, but this little amp is quite capable.

J'avais un ensemble de haut-parleur Precision Acoustics HD4M (bookshelf) non utilisé et en même temps j'avais besoin d'une paire de haut-parleur pour un ordinateur... alors plutôt que d'acheter un kit de haut-parleur en plastique et de basse qualité, j'ai décidé d'essayer ce petit ampli avec les HD4M... L'ampli est bien fait, boitier de métal de qualité, les branchements de type "banane" pour la sortie vers les haut-parleurs sont solides. Première impression à l'essai = WOW ! Je suis resté surpris de la puissance de ce petit appareil. Aucun grichement, aucun grondement, vraiment très satisfait ! Le seul petit point à améliorer serait le câble électrique qui est assez court... un câble un peu plus long serait apprécié. Voilà, merci ! :-)

The unit is used in the HT for zone 2 driving two book shelf speakers. Setting it up was simple and straight forward and sound is clear for high and mid range but base is not powerful enough as expected. Shall see how if perform after the168 hours burn-in.

I have installed about 20 of these for lobby music in apartments. We used an MP3 player for music source, and a good quality speaker. The sound is great and it is simple to use for the customer to adjust volume. It has no tone control, but for this purpose it does not matter. If there is only one speaker in the lobby i used the Left channel since it is the base sound, which is richer sounding.

Excellent value for the price. This little unit works very well as a headphone or low voltage signal amplifier. It has its own power source and has much more power than those slim little headphone amps that run off a 5V USB connection. Bought 20 of them to install in lobby areas. Just tested them on the bench first with a good quality ceiling speaker and a tuner and it sounded great. good tone quality and plenty of volume before distortion.

Bought this little amp to run extra speakers off the TV in the bedroom. It works awesome and gets plenty loud enough for what I need. Sounds much better than the crappy built in spkrs. It is small enough to fit just about anywhere. (I have it strapped to the back of the TV, you'd never know it was there)
