Moustache® Premium Copy Paper,Letter Size 8.5" x 11", 80gsm, 95 Bright White, 500 Sheets / Ream - 1 Ream

The product itself is fine, but Canpar left my order outside my apartment building in downtown Toronto (see photo). I expect orders to either be delivered to my apartment door or to a pickup location. My repeated requests to have my order delivered to a pickup location were ignored by Canpar. I did NOT receive five (5) of the twelve (12) reams of paper I purchased.

Stainless Steel Non-Stick Grill Pan for Frying 11" - LIVINGbasics®

I was skeptical that this "etched" stainless steel frying pan would truly prove to be non-stick. I seasoned the pan, as per the provided instructions. Then I tested by frying an egg. To my astonishment, there was no sticking whatever. I then tested this pan by making crepes. Once again, there was no sticking whatsoever. This pan heats up extremely quickly, so I found that a medium heat level worked perfectly. I would also recommend using a plastic spatula, since scratching the etched surface will expose the stainless steel and undermine its non-stick function. The pan itself is very solidly made. The design of handle and the way it's bolted to the pan's body is almost identical to set a Zwilling/Henckels cookware I have. This pan is good buy.

Your service is superb. The cartridge quality is excellent and so if your selling price. I encountered problems with 2 of the cartridges of my last order. Although this is frustrating, this is only the second time I've had problems with faulty cartridge. Considering that I've been purchasing from your company for 5-years, if not longer, overall I have no complaints.
