I was skeptical that this "etched" stainless steel frying pan would truly prove to be non-stick. I seasoned the pan, as per the provided instructions. Then I tested by frying an egg. To my astonishment, there was no sticking whatever. I then tested this pan by making crepes. Once again, there was no sticking whatsoever. This pan heats up extremely quickly, so I found that a medium heat level worked perfectly. I would also recommend using a plastic spatula, since scratching the etched surface will expose the stainless steel and undermine its non-stick function. The pan itself is very solidly made. The design of handle and the way it's bolted to the pan's body is almost identical to set a Zwilling/Henckels cookware I have. This pan is good buy.

Bought because I wanted to see the pattern up close… it’s beautiful in-person. Pan has some weight to it and seems solid; haven’t owned for very long though. Eggs lift off easily. Haven’t had problems cleaning either. I hope the non-stick lasts at least five years which is what good non-sticks should do. Website has instructions for seasoning the pan before first use which I didn’t notice instructions in the box. Would make a great house warming gift since the pattern really does look quite nice and it was wrapped in a black fabric bag inside a black box.

May get another one if this holds up over time. Pretty fed up with the non stick pans, but this one looks like it will withstand normal use as has a great protective coat. We would have gotten one with a glass cover but had an old one in our possession that fits. :-) . Food literally falls out of this nice deep pan.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality and finish of this pan. It works just as described. Followed the instructions for cleaning and preparing the pan for use.

It is a nice-looking pan. Size is decent. The non-stick part can be better, but at least you won't have to worry about a coating peeling off which is a plus

Great pan. It's like the Gordon Ramsy style hex pans, too bad they don't see a wok size version of this!

So far so good. Had to use a little bit of soap against the care instructions after a fatty beef steak. Throwing away my regular non stick pan.

Bottom of pan is not entirely flat so when cooking it rotates instead of staying in place. Also even after seasoning the interior is still not very non-stick.

Have used it for less than a month, very poor quality, I only tried making eggs and sausages for breakfast. The stains have become permanent in a week's time. Everything sticks to it.
