i DID RECEIVE. i RE-CHECKED WHAT shelf height would be, and then checked garage door/trrack. Determined it will nee to be only ~9.75 " , thus verticals will need to be cut shorter, and as I'm busy and going to Mexico for a family vacation, I must delay all mounting work till some time next year. Sorry, best can currently say.

Assembly worked OK. Cushion very fluffy, but am used to it now and appreciate the soft drop at front of chair for my legs. Shipment was very quick and received undamaged. I have tried tightening fully, loosening fully the "Adjustable tilt, tilt tension and tilt lock suit your preferences" control knob and discover absolutely no difference. I suggest there is no tilt feature and am disappointed in this. Respectfully, Bryan-Surrey, BC

Good chair, but feels as thought tilted to right side some. Comfortable to use, even after 4+ hours in it. Wish it could allow leaning back.
