The chair in itself is comfortable and can accommodate a big and/or tall person; however, I had to order the seat again because it came broken. This is a design flaw. The levers for the chair are controlled by cables, much like the gear changing cables on bicycle. The problem is that where these cables connect to the chair hardware are not very well protected and can easily break. Needs a redesign with this.

Bonjour, j'ai monté la chaise et ensuite j'ai constaté que le dossier était un peu croche et l'accoudoir gauche était plus haut que celui à droite....je suis déçu! Tout ça est dû au siège car du côté gauche à l'endroit pour mettre les vis, il était ressortit vers l'extérieur. Est-ce que c'est possible de l'échanger pour une autre chaise identique ? j'ai retourné la chaise car le siège losque assi, penche vers l'avant. De plus les roulettes sont de qualitées inférieures. On a de la difficulté à déplacer facilement la chaise.
