I'm using this for knitting. For example: Many sock yarns are 1 pair per ball, so I need to know when I've used half the ball to end the first sock. The 'on' button is already showing wear, but a little scotch tape will fix that. (Many scales actually sold for yarn only display to a tenth of a gram- this one goes to the hundredth!) Using it for food, not so good. Trying to bust up 10 pound boxes into one pound packages? It goes overload. (Just a case of pay attention to product description- it says max 200g)

Works just fine in my printer, at a much nicer price than retail. The cartridges are flimsier than the original manufacturer's product, but hey! For twice as much at a quarter of the price the plastic is the appropriate place to cut corners. (Instead of the ink, that is.)
