purchased these cartridges last week from this site 123ink /Shopper+ and after 1 clean of print head, ink level is 50%!!! I contacted the 123Ink Support and they are being rude and unprofessional/unhelpful. they told me to contact Epson. on their site ut says 30 days warranty. I will contact BBB and explain the situation . never buying anything from these scamming company.

Hello. We are sorry to hear You were not pleased with our services, Unfortunately when a cleaning is done using the cartridge this uses a large majority of the ink to do so.
