When built they don't line up and can never sit on the window properly. I got a replacement sent out. The replacement has the same issue. I think they must all be defective. Do not order this.

This cat house is really good, simple to build. The cats like it and they can also use it as a scratcher. The top comes off and it easy to clean out if needed. I have purchased a second one because the cats like it so much.

They look good, they have a soft textured surface. They are regular sized not over sized. They have an up position, and work best in the correct position.

Works great. It is very heavy (18kg). Key can not be removed while open. The instructions aren't great for assembling it, but the rack is very easy to build. The rack nuts included are okay, my rack mounted devices included their own rack nuts. Fans take 120v power and can't be turned down. I flipped the orientation of the fans and added magnetic fan filters to keep dust out.

Works great, looked smaller than in the picture but is definitely the right size when holding a laptop. There is no concern about this falling over at all. The adjustment mechanism on the bottom is simple and works well. I would buy this again!
