We've had one for several years and are likely about to order another one. Very easy to install. The only issue is that the bidet raises the back of the seat up casuing the seat to be supported at the back and front of the bowl instead of sitting flush. This puts more eight directly on the unit and flexes a toilet seat when sitting. Unlike the other models that have hot and cold, this doesn't extend so far forward. It still gets bumped here or there and ours is a bit damaged from that, but the other designs stretch significantly more forward.
