Are you unsure of which network tools and testers you need to order out of the myriad of options available? Get this all-in-one tool kit and get everything you need to build and test RJ11, RJ12, and RJ45 multiconductor cables, and RG-58, RG-59, and RG-6 coaxial cables.
This kit includes the complete MCT-700 Tracer/Toner/Cable Tester as well as the LanSOHO Pro Cable Tester (click these in-line links to get a full breakdown of all the capabilities available with each tester). Additionally, the testing cables with a multimeter can be made easier using the included Black Box RJ-45 breakout adapter, which gives easy access to each wire within the cable.
You can prepare your multiconductor with the included stripper/cutter and your coax cables with the included HT-322 Coaxial Cable Stripper/Cutters. The kit also comes with a ratcheting crimp tool, with dies for attaching RJ-11, RJ-45, AMP RJ-45, and Coax connectors to the appropriate cables.
When you need to make a keystone jack or attach LAN cables to a patch panel, you can use the included punch-down tool with the #66 and #110 punch-down/cutter dies. You can also use the included cutting pliers to cut LAN and coax cables to the proper length.
The entire kit comes in an impact-resistant plastic briefcase with foam lining and and cutouts for each tester, tool, and die, allowing you to instantly inventory the kit and identify any missing pieces before leaving a work site.
Requires three 9 volt batteries, two for the MCT-700 and another for the LanSOHO 200 (not included).
