Recycling programs are sustained through the collection of an Environmental Handling Fee (EHF) enforced by provinces in Canada. They are paid at the time you purchase a new computer, notebook, monitor, television and other applicable electronics (outlined by Province below) – so you won't need to worry about paying a Fee to recycle your end-of-life electronics. This TV antenna is an excellent outdoor TV antenna which will allow you to receive UHF and HD signals. This antenna has a signal range of up to 70 miles and will pick up available local channels from 470 to 862 MHz, you will pick up any crystal clear HD signals in your area with an HD television installed at home. This antenna constructed with high quality material to withstand weather conditions on your roof.
The Antenna Cable is sold separately and its not included in the package. You can find it here Antenna Cable, we have it in 7 lengths and each available in Black or White colors. OR you can consider an Antenna Amplifier to help receive a better signal.
Please check the link for Signal Analysis : TV Signal Locator
Many factors can affect the strength of the TV signals you receive and thus the antenna you buy. Two of the most important considerations to take into account when choosing an antenna is your distance from the transmitter, and the type of terrain between you and the transmitter.
It seems reasonable that the farther a signal travels, the weaker it will be received. Also, if you are located in a valley or behind hills, it may be necessary for larger antennas or outside directional antennas. As a rule of thumb, the further you are from the transmission source, the larger your antenna needs to be, and outdoor antennas get better reception than indoor antennas.
