Pros: cartridges fit perfectly and were shipped quickly Cons: ink is not a true "black", everything looks purple. The cartridges are somewhat leaky and you have to run the deep cleaning on the printer over and over to clear it. Truly a case of you get what you pay for. Will not purchase third party inks ever again.
We offer one year warranty for the cartridges. please feel free to contact our customer service for help . You can reach our customer service by calling the toll free number 1-866-979-7463 (from Monday to Friday 24 hours ) and sending questions on our inquiry system or going live chat with us . We are more than happy to help you here .Best regards
