purchased ink cartridge received junk, useless. you replaced it again, more junk, useless. called again, was told I could receive a full refund or credit in store. I chose the credit in store. Wrong choice. I have tried to use credit , can only be used for certain purchases. ?????????? I should have taken the full refund. Will I purchase in future? I think not.

Totally unacceptable. I had to return the first one because there was no yellow coming through. The second one had to be returned because there was no magenta, Finally I returned the second one for a refund,

I installed this cartridge s soon as it arrived and it worked without a problem. I give it 4 stars because I'm finding the pictures less saturated than I expected, but I've only tried a few pages. I use this printer only when I need colour on graphs, etc.

Placed ink cartridge into my printer, and it was working fine. Started to do some printing, and the Cyan Ink in the cartridge quit working almost right away. Product was sub par, but the company that sold it was great. They processed a refund for me immediately. Sad that I did not get a good ink cartridge. Not sure I am willing to try a 2nd one from the same supplier.

These cartridges fit my old printer. OEM cartridges are so old that, even if I can find them, they often don't work because the ink has dried up.
