Andrée-Anne Villeneuve 450-538-1711

This toner is probably the best one I've received in quite a long time. It is perfect and the delivery time was absolutely great. I didn't have to wait for it as long as I thought I had to wait. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone. Thankyou once again.

Installed the new laser cartridge in the printer. Almost immediately It broke the gear on the motor due to the fact the drum was too hard to turn I compared it to the old drum and it was significantly harder to turn the drum on the new cartridge This caused the gear on the motor to break. So now I need a new gear because the printer is now useless and some one to install the new gear.

The ink isn't much darker than the old cartridge I replaced. Not happy with this purchase.

Good Quality. Packaging was impressive!! Instructions for installing would have been useful - i.e. when to shake it to distribute the carbon - BEST IF DONE before removing the tape strip!!! LarryD

C'est la deuxième cartouche que je reçois et elle est toujours défectueuse. Pour vérifier que c'est vraiment la cartouche qui est en cause, je remets l'ancienne cartouche (qui est en fin de vie) et le problème disparaît ! Je renonce...

My HP LaserJet 4L is almost 25 years old and still working well. This replacement cartridge fits and operates perfectly. Well pleased with the purchase.

My first concern was, does the cartridge fit properly and easily into the printer. There was no problem at all in this regard. My current cartridge is not yet exhausted, but will be shortly. So I will begin using the newly arrived one shortly. I expect it will work well and will be happy to let you know when I begin using it. S. P.

It was extremely difficult to get the cartridge into the printer. It had to be forced in with too much pressure. I have had remanufactured cartridges before but never experienced this situation. Now that it is inserted, it is working reasonably well. I was surprised at this situation. I hope it never happens again. I just do not think the cartridge is really proper or there is something wrong with it.

This cartridge lasted just under a year, and then started producing black vertical streaks that got worse with every printing. I hope the replacement which I just ordered will serve me better (and longer).
