Seems to work fine. Box was opened before - it was missing some of the packaging material and the black bag containing the toner cartridge was cut open. There was so. much. toner. on the outside of the cartridge, I had to clean it up (and myself afterwards) before putting it in my printer. Works fine at the moment.

Received this product and installed it in my printer and it has performed with no issues. I was originally thinking of ordering two tonners but thought I would try one first. Now wish I had ordered the two. Will order again and probably other products from Shoppers.

There are a lot of smudges with this cartridge. I've never had this issue for 25 years with this printer. Robert

It works good but the fine print is very grainy compared to the original. Great for everyday printing.

I have a new fusser and then I installed this toner cartridge, but it creates double prints. I don't know what to do. By double printing I mean it takes the previous print data and prints it over the new print, whereas it should discard the previous print and just print the new one.

Print doesn't come out as dark as it should. OK for the money.
