On the rare occasions I get a defective product from Shopperplus (maybe twice in the past six years or so), they have really stood behind their product and replaced or refunded it rapidly and without hassle. This was the case for one of these toner cartridges, and Shopper refunded the defective one, then I bought this replacement and so far it works fine. Five stars to Shopperplus for excellent customer support, which is another reason I'm happy to do business with them and recommend them to others.

Produit fonctionne aussi bien que original. Le boitier est différent de l'original. Il fonctionne bien pareille. Au début j'avais peur de l'installer car la pièce a une bonne différence voir photos . La pièce une fois mise en place a bien fonctionne.

I purchased this item because printer is showing sign that toner is running low. Purchased same item 2 years ago and worked great. Will know if this one I just purchased is the same only when installed and used.

Depletes faster than expected and starts making streaks, smudging and shadowing when it does, unfortunately. Twice, now. Starting to wonder if OEM might be a better value.

Site is easy to read and navigate. Not true for many other sites. Lots of other stuff to choose from as well. When I get time, I'll have a good look. Thanks!
