I have been planning to open a business and I needed to buy a toner cartridge that will be delivered on time and one that will not drain my finances. I finally deiced to buy DELL KU052BK New Compatible Black Toner Cartridge because it is quite cheap. I have no regrets because it works very well and it was delivered on time. Actually by the time I opened my business, I already had it. The yields might not be that much but I am sure it is good for a start. I had hope that the moustache brand better than other generic ones but it's not the case. Good thing I ordered only the black toner that arrived today. I opened the box to examine the body of the toner, noticed multiple human hair (yes, thick black human hair) glued to the unit and the chip was not glued all the way down (see attached photo). I placed the original toner and this one side by side, sure enough, the chip on the Dell toner sat flatly as it should. I removed the human hair as best as I could then tried putting the toner in anyway. The unit seemed to be a tad bigger than the original, making it difficult to close the printer door. I finally managed to close to the door, the black toner sign and the door sign were both blinking indicating the printer didn't recognize the toner and the p;rinter door could not close properly. I reinserted the old toner, closed the door, the door error disappeared. This toner is very poorly made and definitely not compatible with my Dell 1320c printer. I definitely need a refund.

The Dell KU052BK is a very good value for the money. It installs in my printer exactly like the original and started providing service immediately. Delivery to my home was prompt and speedy.
