Generally happy with the product and service. The wrong cartridge was sent one time and the issue was resolved. A prepaid return postage was included and the right item was shipped. The only other problem I had was that a black ink cartridge that I received did not work properly. Given the savings relative to the OEM product, I just let it go. This happened a couple of years ago and the products I have purchased since have performed very well. Will purchase again especially when you offer free shipping on low priced items. Thanks Renato

I use these for my PRIMERA DISC PUBLISHER and the OEM cartridges are $50.00 each and reconditioned are $30.00. I tried these for the first time and to my surprise the first run of CD's was equal to and/or better than I am used to!!! The results were AMAZING! Obviously, if my costs go down-the profits go up.

I have tried Lexmark 16 10N0016, its work is ideal so far, but I don't know how long the ink can last. So I mark 4 for the time being.

It has been almost a month since I ordered this cartridge. It was shipped with Canada Post so I have not received it yet so therefore I am not rating it. Unfortunately it's still stuck in transit, maybe a different carrier would be better

Great service! The only place I can obtain a cartridge for my older model printer. Fast and efficient delivery for reasonable cost. Thank you!

So far I have only used one cartridge, but it was only good for one printout and then it went completely faint. Tried to shake it up some and print again but I only receive unreadable copies. I'm worried about putting in another one until I actually need it, as it may only be good for one copy again. Kind of expensive for one copy per cartridge.

This is the only place I can still get these cartridges, and you can't beat the price. My printer is older but it still works well, so I don't want to replace it.

This product only gave about 1 prints, then ran out. This is the second time something like this has happened. No action from you when I complained the first time.
