We just received two cartridges -- I presume they'll be ok. But I was hoping for one of them to be free -- a message I sent you weeks ago about one of your cartridges being faulty was, I suppose, not seen.

Hello! The one we ordered most recently is great! Thank you. BUT -- the one we ordered prior -- a few months ago -- is still nearly full, but useless: I popped it in, started photocopying,...heard a snap, then a constant grating. I tried diff. things, but it is def. damaged. So... what do I do with it now?

Given the price of the HP OEM product, I got more than full value for the one I bought in 2018. It was a no-brainer to buy the replacement, at the same price as 4 years ago!
