Quick delivery - product worked. We have had problems in the past with refilled cartridges from other businesses so were concerned this product would not work. However, the printer accepted the cartridge we no problems.

Excellent as good as original product. Make sure to clean the contacts with the small eraser that comes in the package for better prints.

As with all refill ink cartridges, these never last as long as OEM product. SO although they are cheaper, you end up buying more of them. The big problem, though is that sometimes my HP printer will not recognize these cartridges as being genuine and therefore they don't work at all. This happened with the last two cartridges I received. From now on, I will only buy OEM cartridges and not refills.
