I have been using this product for years and it has become better, especially easier to install on the printer. However, the UPS delivery service is more than terrible. I was home and they said they missed me. There are many UPS stores in my area and the deliverer had to drop package off more than 5 km away. I filed a complaint to UPS. I WISH SHOPPER+ ALLOW PEOPLE TO PICK UP THE PRODUCT FROM THE OUTLET AT RICHMOND,BC.

Customer Service by 1 2 3 Ink is excellent. My order was placed on a Thursday night and was received Monday at noon hour in London Ontario. The remanufactured Moustache Cartridges are excellent in all aspects and have never had any issues in the many years I have been using them. Keith

Purchased the 3-pack in June 2021. The first 2 cartridges worked great. 3rd cartridge won't print. Submitted a support incident given the shelf life is reported to be 24 months on the cartridges.
