I had a problem with this company, several days ago I tried to order their phone system to order this cartrdige pack, first of all, their phone system is never available, you will never get the chance to talk to the CR agent, so I browsed their live chat look for help, still the same thing, I was pissed. If you are offering your service to your people, then you need to make sure that you will have able to pick up the phone line or answer the inquiry, otherwise, TURNS THESE SITE FEATURES OFF, eventually I reached the CRM manager and I reported to them this issue, they offered me a 10% off coupon code as compensation, I refused, and I won't come back !!!!

I want to say thank you to 123.incartridges.ca. Your generic product brand "moustache! is an incredible product and allow my customers to save a lot of money. For the same amount of paper printer, for the same quality provided and expected, your products kick the competition. You offer a fast and reliable shipping service. Also, the customer service is really pleasant to contact and the staff is really well trained. With a good garanty for the product, my customers are super happy. Thanks!

After 3 or 4 cleaning cycles, the printer finally started to print reasonably well with this ink. The density is less than Original Manufacturers Ink, but results are acceptable given the significant savings.

Been buying my printer ink from 123 Ink Cartridges for nearly 15 years . This should say it all. The quality is the same as the OEM or even better. Their service is second to none and their delivery is fast. Thanks 123 Ink Cartridges.

Cartridges are fine, but wish the print heads on the Artisan 837 did not plug so often - am now on the fourth printer.

I really can't tell the difference when compared to Epson ink. Have experienced no issues after about 3 months using this ink. Would definitely recommend.

I can't believe the price of these compared to the brand name inks. They're easily just as good for everyday printing and would never switch back. The only thing I see a problem with is that my computer never sender to know how full they are, but the printer tells me which to replace so it's not a big deal at all. Highly recommended

Have used these cartridges several times without problems. I am not sure about fading on photos as I use a different printer for those, but otherwise they are great value for printing flyers and brochures. Delivery is fast.

I read several reviews online regard to the compatible ink cartridges issue, to be honest, I was very scared before making purchase because I do not want to have issues such as leaking, dryout and stuffs, fortunetly, 123inkcartridges' ink does not really casue me trouble, in fact, this company is really helping me to lower down my cost !!
