I purchase 10 units of these paper trays. I encountered one unit damage in transit a crossbar is bent out of shape and one stripped inside treads, two defects out of 10 is very poor. It is fairly easy to assemble with a Philip screwdriver. A damage bar will make the assembly twisted out of square and thus wrap. It can use longer screws and deeper treads. The trays can easily wrap out of shape in transit, it's just aluminum mesh. The dents and kinks can be beaten back to shape with a wooden block and mallet. This repair would have been unnecessary if the trays were packed with better protections. It seems the individual cardboard boxes was inadequately protecting the trays from being squashed.

Il n'y avait plus ma couleur mais le service clientèle à très bien su répondre à mes attentes et ce, très rapidement, suite à cet inconvénient. Facile à monter et très pratique dans mon environnement de travail.

By far the best paper tray I have Ever had. Every other one is plastic and falls into the bottom slot. Not this one

Terrible... Probably why it was on sale (i.e. final sale) (1) Didn't come with enough screws to assemble. (2) Although pieces were wrapped in plastic and the box was delivered in decent condition it's scratch to crap! (3) Seems much poorer quality than depicted. (4) Isn't even the same colour listed or pictured.

After ordering the 2-tier black metal paper tray that was on clearance, I liked it so much that I ordered two more. Less clutter in my home office! I.A.R.
