Je suis entièrement satisfait du produit acheté. La cartouche est parfaite. Par contre HP m'avise à chaque impression que ce n'est pas une cartouche de leur compagnie.

I like those ink cartridges specialy the one that com with the chip.I use to refill my cartriges myself at home with the old empty cartridges but that is good for a while once the sponge inside the cartrige has dry out there is no way to refill again onless bying another cartridge, then again the diffrence in price is not desirable and with the mess that com by filling them better buy remanufactured.

Les cartouches sont compatibles, seul un message d'avertissement s'affiche à l'installation. La durée de vie des cartouches et leur qualités sont comparables aux cartouches originales

I always buy this ink for my HP printer. I have to be careful when I put the ink cartridge in, a few times my hand got black ink all over, but I’m used to it now! Also the printer sometimes stop working and says this is not HP ink. So I have to turn the printer off once a while but it always works! It is good product.

I can't rate it as I had trouble with the printhead of my HP printer after I installed the ink, which I read after I had ordered that HP asks you to update your firmware and once you do that, it pretty much won't allow you to use compatible inks or inks that have been refilled, which I had been doing successfully prior to updating the firmware. I will say that 123ink were amazing though. Their customer service was phenomenal. I ordered and they were fedexed within 2 days. I had successfully installed the black ink and one other colour but two would not work so I initially thought there was a problem with the two cartridges and called and they resent replacements within 1 day. Once I tried to install these the whole machine shut down with a printhead error message. I returned all inks to 123ink for a refund and they refunded me immediately without any issue. If your printer can use alternative inks I would not hesitate to use this company, and would even consider ordering brand named ink from them as they were very professional. I was very disappointed that HP had set a firmware and I was not able to use a compatible ink seeing as their ink is so expensive.
