Always superb mail service - I'm always surprised when the product shows up so quickly. Count 1, 2, 3 and it's there! Product is excellent and the printer has no trouble using it. Colours are true and no clogs or any other maintenance issues.

Good value and excellent service from 123. These remanufactured cartridges have done the job perfectly for me and as a relatively high-volume user of ink, the savings over big box store pricing for oem equivalents, is substantial.

Initially shipped out wrong cartridge. Contacted customer service and they sent the correct one for no charge right away. Good customer service and ink now works, unfortunate that first ship was incorrect but that happens sometimes when sorting 10 000 items.

Very good product. There is only one problem with these cartridge. Please be aware of the manufacture date before purchase the good version. Otherwise, they don't work!

This is the real wide cartridge, I've been had before by other companies who advertise the wide 564xl and send the not so wide 564xl (dont remember the number of thaat cartridge). And the other good thing is the chip is reset. Great buy.

Bad. It doesn't fit in new printer's. It's the old model. I had to trash it.

I purchased 5 of these rebuilt ink cartridges. Non of them worked correctly even after a number of attempts to clean the print head. After much frustration I returned them to 123Inkcartridges for a refund. These cartridges did not work in my HP 410C printer. Would not buy them again. Alex
