I bought this device because the price was right. It was purchased along with several other items and it was the only item that did not work. I plugged it into my usb port and it chashed my computer. I phoned and had the item removed from my bill. Upon a closer look I notice that the usb connector pins on the device were not all in alignment and I am guessing this may have been the problem with it not working and causing a computer crash. Company should check that this is not a design problem!
