For the price .. I thought that I was paying for all full cartridges. Instead I received partially filled Black, Dark re & dark blue.. Thankfully the other light colors are rather full. I expect to shop elsewhere next time I need cartridges.
Dear customer, Thank you for choosing 123inkcartridges / Shopper + Family. The warranty of an OEM cartridge is with the manufacturer directly. We kindly suggest you to contact the HP company directly ( 1-800-474-6836) if you find any problem with the cartridge. Best regards

The quality is great, the price is way too high and most people don't want the included 500 photo papers. It makes shipping more expensive and most of it probably ends up in the landfill, which is a sin. It would be great if we had that option, or just sell the photo paper separately. Loved the fast delivery service and even though the price is high, the price at Staples.is higher still.
Dear Hilda, Thank you very much for your suggestion. We are really appreciate it.I will forward this to our product team. We will try to source another combo without photo papers.
