This is actually not a bad device when it works. It sends out a powerful enough signal that my radio had no problem tuning into. With that said, there were times when I would find interference from other more powerful stations, but the SCAN button made solving that issue not too troublesome. The sound quality is alright, of course it would be better if it were directly plugged into the radio but unfortunately that's a feature my car doesn't have. I would have probably given this device a 4 based on what it did while it worked. But I gave it 2.5 starts because it only worked for a short period of time. Was that the devices fault? Not really as the device didn't appear to be in the best condition when I received it. That brings me to another point I'd like to make. This site has been giving me the most awesome customer support. I wish I knew where I could review that as well as this product. We've been in contact since the day I received the item and they've tried, and succeeded, in meeting a mutually beneficial solution for both parties. Excellent work and my hat is off to Samantha who has been kind and understanding the whole step of the way.
