I ordered two of the four remanufactured toner cartridges at an earlier time, mostly to make sure they worked. When they were first put in, while the printer was on, the printer did not recognize the toner. I just turned off the printer and back on and they were worked just fine. I have since then got the other two remanufactured cartridges, and they worked fine. I ordered the last two online on a Friday morning, and they were delivered on a Sunday!!, free shipping!!.

I like the prices and the service I got, especially the notification of shipping of my order. I also like the notification of sales. I represent a small non-profit charitable organization and have just purchased two Samsung laser printers. Our intention is to continue purchasing cartridges for the printers and other items that we use in the operation of our Society

Very, very pleased. Half the cost. Shows that ink purchased from the manufacturer is a complete rip off.

Works, but not getting anywhere near the yield (2500 pages) indicated. If i had to guess, somewhere around half of that on normal text printing.

Incompatible toner cartridge error with CLX-4195FW printer. I will stick to OEM cartridges for now on. I have lost twice what I tried to save.

I installed this in my CLP-415NW printer, and I get an error message indicating it's not compatible, hence I cannot print. Since I was guided to this cartridge by entering my printer make and model on this website, I expected it to be compatible.

I've been getting slightly dirty printouts lately. Not sure if its the toner or my printer.
