Great service and great price. I did not need this cartridge yet but I will soon and by buying it with the 2 other cartridges on my order I got it for half price. So I will install it soon and expect it to work well as did the other 2 cartridges I received. At the price of new cartridges for older printers it is tempting to scrap them, but wait if the printer still does the job for you at the price of these remanufactured cartridge keep it going and out of land fill. Happy customer.

This product was not properly recognized by my Lexmark X4690 printer. After putting this cartridge into the printer, the printer showed a warning message that there was no cartridge in the printer. However I ignored that message and the printer did print using this cartridge.

This is the replacement for a faulty color cartridge and like the 1st one, it also does not work for the Lexmark X5690. My old empty color is recognized but not this one from you... A waste of my time and money . Very, very disappointed. Would like a refund please.

It's great that it fits this impossible printer I bought from Future Shop. Finding the cartridges are expensive and hard to find.

It is a pity that it is a pity that my computer and my printer both challenge this cartridge for not being a legitimate Lexmark product..

As the previous product-my printer has not worked since I bought and installed this. Should have saved the price for a new printer.

The product works well. My Lexmark pretends it can't see the color ink cartridge on occasion, and i have to tell it to ignore that problem. I think the printer recognizes that this is not a proper Lexmark cartridge, and it tries to trick me. The colors don't seem to be as vivid as I would like, but for my purposes, it suits me fine.

Perfect and cheap alternative to the OEM cartridge and it works just as great if not better.
