No problem this far from your product. I have had some small problems in past that when I put in your cartridge I have had to re-install a few times for it to work properly The magenta cartridge is giving me a problem. I had to put the old one back in and got and extra 20 copies. Just thinking of replacing the magenta from someone local.

This product is very inconsistent many leak and leave streaks. The quality is poor. I do not recommend this product. I have purchased many of these and am looking for an alternative cartridge.
