We had a problem of them shipping the wrong item, they shipped RJ 11 instead of RJ 45. It took 2 calls but it was resolved really quickly. The customer representative needed to understand what the problem was because it was RJ they were confused. However, I must say he took the time to listen and straighten the problem. He had to speak with his manager to send me a replacement which it is understandable. He called me later and the products were shipped out. They work beautifully. The right RJ45 came, hooray for me.
