I have been dealing with shopper+ for a while now and so far I have not find myself disappointed and or not satisfied with the quality or performance of products I have purchased. Customer support is exceptional, deliveries are always on time. I do recommend the shopper+ family of products to all my colleagues, friends and family. The adapter worked as expected, for the reviews that claim that not getting sound issue, check your default audio device output and switch to the adapter's as your new default that is why you have no audio as I found out.

This product is excellent. My laptop is old and the screen is broken and it only had vga which my tv doesn't so this adaptor solved the problem very well. It allowed to go from vga male from my laptop to hdmi female then I got a other hdmi male to male and connected it to a newly tv. I'm very hankful that you guys made his product and it deserves a 5 star. Great job prime cales, shipping was on point too. Oh yea one question, does the adaptor carry the sound too? Because I'm not hearing anything on the tv just my laptop. Hanks ad have a fabulous day.

Product was received as advertised and in perfect condition, several days before scheduled delivery date. Have dealt with this vendor several times in the past (mostly ink and toner, but cables and connectors as well, without any problems.
