I was wrongly advised that this would be suitable for my printer, plugged it in, seemed fine but NEVER was usable. Later, they refused a return because it was for "another model" of the same printer series. It is marginally useful as a paperweight. Disappointingly, their mantra was don't call us call Lexmark. Lexmark's advice: call the vendor. I'm unlikely to use this vendor again unless they take on this "customer moment of truth" and "make it right". Toner anyone? Unused and available, best offer; unused on my printer, contact me at administrator@brainfood-online.ca (Location: Ontario).
