My second time ordering this item for an eternal HP 3052, bought used. This toner is just fine. In fact, this time round, although the cartridge was defective, made noise, and wouldn't print evenly, a short interaction with customer service had me receiving another cartridge at no cost and in perfect working order. I'm thankful.

Inexpensive and functional. Works as advertised. I cannot comment on the page output, but otherwise, works well.
