I have received the cartridge in four days so it is so quick. I have this dell printer so i have ordered more and all tones came safe and sound. it worked very well without any problems. cost is so great compare to other suppliers. website is always updated and clear. no drama in there. and their customer services is so quick and to the point. no any other drama in customer services. I would recommend this product. works well.

It is not compatible with Dell B3465dnf. Had to return. Was told to not bother to try another one so clearly it wasn't just a defective cartidge.
