My experience with the 2 products(colour and black cartridges) has been unsatisfactory. First of all, 1 cartridge had to be replaced. It wouldn't work at all. They are both incompatible with the printer., constantly giving error messages (printer busy, ink low, do alignment page, etc.) I have to deal with these error messages for every page I print and over-ride by clicking "continue printing" ,etc. Most unsatisfactory and no saving at all, just added waste and expense dealing with these factors.

This product works great. I was getting alligment errors and unknown errors when trying to print. It turned out to be a bad ink cartridge. Once these new ones installed everything starting work just fine.

I give 3 stars because although it took 3 weeks to have them and they were defective, the customer service was A1 and sorted it out for me.

Parfait pour cette fois-ci. Par contre la précédente XL36 noire n’a jamais fonctionné. Pas pû faire aucune impression avec.

the 36XL was ok and worked fine however, the 37XL was dry and non functional. It was a waste of money. The cartrigde said that it wasn't compatible with my printer but the one I got last time worked. Just a defective purchase that I will think twice about the next time I try to get one!

Arrived in a timely fashion and installed easily. Have only printed 5 or 6 sheets so far but hopefully the cartridges will last for a reasonable time. Will update this review if they don't.
