I received this product with a minor wrinkle on the finish on the back edge (a bit hard to describe where). If I had bought this at a B&M store, I probably would've exchanged it but given the price and it's intended use, not a deal breaker. Overall, the case is well constructed and colour is uniform throughout. The only other minor is if you want to properly close the case so the iPad goes to sleep, you need to use the elastic.
