When I received the unit it had firmware error, called Shopper was told tech support would call me back, no call back I went on the Pixel web site found a firmware update run it and unit seem to work, call back Shopper asking for tech support to call me back and confirm if firmware is the correct one, still no call back, call back Shopper a third time with same request still no call back. With Shopper the products are accurate, the delivery is fast, as for the support I'm very disappointed.
