Not as easy to install as other brands, but that is just due to design.

I've used these a few times now, and have no complaints - certainly much more cost-effective than the originals, and easier to source.

The cartridge that I received did not work. The printer kept telling me that "toner is missing". The sensor in my printer did not recogonize the sensor on the bottom of the cartridge. Rather than spend ( waste? ) more money on yet another cartridge which may or may not have worked, I purchased another/different printer.
