I had ordered 2 types of cartridges from them. One was OK and the other one was NOT. Have been trying to contact them to return/exchange and they don't seem to care at all Not very good after sale service. A CUSTOMER is important and they don't seem to care.

I had a hard time installing the black cartridge. It took several tries trying to place it in it's slot and got a message that the printer didn't recognize it.

The Ink Cartridge 62XL is not compatible with my printer, unlike the HP 62XL ink cartridge. As a result, my printer does not recognize it.
