I had researched this product extensively before purchasing. So far, it has lived up to all expectations for printing (colour & B&W), scanning, & copying (haven't used fax capability yet). Manufacturer's product aside, price and delivery from ShopperPlus/123InkCartridges were outstanding, providing the most competitive price and prompt/efficient delivery I could expect, especially for the latter since I didn't have to rely upon a local retailer having inventory and having to lug the printer home. I have had this printer for about 2 weeks. Used it mainly for scanning. I like everything about it except one thing. It doesn't remember your scan settings from one scan to the next. So scanning 10 sets of 2 side documents is a pain because it always defaults to 1 sided scanning. And to change that setting, is a 4 push button process. I would have given it 5 stars if it were not for this.
