Very good product. Obviously not as good as original but considering the price points of both, very economical.

We have purchased for than 100 of these units and have yet to have an issue with a single one. Been a huge savings for us and the quality is as good as an OEM one.

We have purchased many of the Moustache toners over the last 5+ years and I think we had only 1 failure in this time. The money saved is well worth buying Moustache

We switched to these a few years ago, and the quality has been 100% and the savings are a bonus less than half the cost of the OEM ones, and not a single issue.

Have had 1 of these for 14 months. Used about 1/2 the toner and it started to ghost. Then, it started making a loud grinding noise so I immediately took it out of my printer to avoid damage to the printer. I referred the problem to 123 and they tell me I need to put the cartridge back in the printer and record the noise if I want them to consider warranty. I am not taking a chance on ruining my printer. So, no warranty, even though I have been a customer for over 10 years, buying multiple cartridges with no problems, and recommending the company to countless people. So, its buyer beware.
