I ordered this ink. It was shipped immediately and I received it in 3 day! Unfortunately, my printer wouldn't accept it. I called the client care they emailed me a shipping label. I sent it back at no charge to me, they credited my credit card within 4 days of me putting it in the mailbox. Great customer service!! Would definitely recommend and use this service again.

Product arrived quickly. When opened the box , one of the Black cartridges leaked inside the packing which created quite mess and lost half of the ink. So far it's printing good.

The magenta cartridge spilled when I was putting it into the printer. I wiped up what I could see immediately but now the colour printing is garbage, all streaky. This never happened in the past when I used 123 ink cartridges. There must have been something wrong with the cartridge.
Dear customer ,thanks for your kind reviews . Could you please let us know do you prefer refund or replacement for the magenta ink? You can reply us by email to support@123inkcartridges.ca. Any quality issue ,could you contact our 24 hours customer service for help ?You could reach them by calling 1-866-979-7463 or sending online live chat (from Monday to Friday )or sending an email inquiry to us (any time ).We cover one year warranty for it .We are more than happy to help you here .Best regards

Site is easy to read and navigate. Not true for many other sites. Lots of other stuff to choose from as well. When I get time, I'll have a good look. Thanks!
