was able to get a few HDTV channels from my house in Markham. All I really want was to get TVO channel for my kids, and was able to get feed for that. Don't expect to get a lot of channels with this if you live further from the city centres or broadcast towers, but the 4 channels I get are of good quality

I bought 2. They simply do not work. I am in a very good reception area and they will not pickup the signal without noise. Attaching the amplifier makes reception even worse and the channels cannot be picked up at all My old school rabbit ears work so it is not my tv.

Prior to receiving this antenna, I had created my own by looping some coax and wrapping the exposed copper around an exposed section of the jacket. With it my tuner could receive 8 OTA channels without issue. With just this antenna I only get 5 and after plugging in the "amplifier" I get 7. I was not expecting to get more channels, I was simply expecting to get stability out of the ones that I already got. I was not expecting to get fewer channels. Complete waste of $15.
