Great price. Same bike rack design as other stores at low price. Installation instructions could be better.

This is such a great product. Getting the bikes up and out of the way means I can actually park my vehicle in the garage!

It is made out of very solid materials & was easy to install. Now my husband's bike is out of the way but easy to get to when he wants to go for a ride.

Great and Sturdy product for garage organization. Bikes are up the hook and good space in the garage. Mounting the bracket to the stud is very important. If studs aren't in expected location then add additional a 2X4 or 2X6 as a connection between two studs on the ceiling and then mount it. Compare @ 25 CAD on the market. Great savings.

The rope is long, and the plates are alright, but man the screws are awful... ended up trusting the included set too much, stripping too many before I smartened up. To pull up bikes, works well. Also used to hoist other stuff

The screws are terrible. They’re probably ok for drywall but couldn’t handle the torque necessary to drive into wood. shredded the first 4 with a bit on low torque setting, then decided to use a screwdriver for the next 4 and shredded the bits again. Half went into wood the others were stuck 3/4 of the way. Had to pull them out with pliers. Frustrating. Luckily had #10s laying around and they went in fine so it’s definitely a crap screw. Instructions failed to mention what distance you need between the ceiling mounts... easy fixes which cost pennies and show they didn’t QE this properly. (Let’s just say I’ve bought a few categories for major retailers so I know a few things about products. Grrrrr).
