I bought this shredder in August 2021 and have never had any problems with it, and I use it a LOT! Maintenance wise all I do is spread some mineral oil on a piece of paper and run it through the shredder every now and again.

The first one send was defective and overheat button would show and not shred paper. I was worried it would take forever for a replacement. I contacted Shopper+ and they asked for a photo. I sent this to them. The next business day a new shredder was sent to me. It works great! No issues with the replacement at all and perfect size for my home.

Easy to use and seems to shred paper well so far. It's pretty noisy and this is a small gripe, but the bin and the top part both had quite a bit of dirt on it (a dusty/sandy layer).

Il fonctionne tel que mentionné. Oui, il est un peu bruyant, mais mon autre déchiqueteur l'était aussi. Pour un usage normal d'une maisonnée, c'est parfait et il n'est pas trop gros. Je suis satisfaite de mon achat.

Works great. Make sure you don’t do to much at a time or it will overheat

this is a workhorse - but is not meant to be used heavily - if you have heavy duty shredding needs, this isn;t the product for you. But if you need to shred a few things daily, this is a win!

Works well when you can insert the paper in otherwise it doesn’t immediately catch it for shredding

Working great so far! Given the price. Says 8 sheet paper but i think it’s too many for it and makes it slower to shred or can cause jam. I just use 2 papers at a time for household use.

This was a good buy as it replaced my 12 years old straight cut paper shredder.

Fonctionne bien mais la fente pour faire entrer les feuilles est très petit. On doit vraiment s'appliquer pour que ça entre, on pert beaucoup de temps.
