I was very impressed by the quality of this chair! Bang for buck it is an amazing, comfortable chair. The mesh back makes it breathable for those hard working days. The foot rest is solid and it reclines far back enough and it does not feel like you can tip over! Canpar delivered right to my door as I doubt it would've fit in the trunk of my car as the box is 26 inch high x 28 inch length x 16 inch deep. Instructions were easy to follow.

Yes I love this chair. Fast delivery it's totally comfortable looks nice etc. Controls work great and easy to assemble. 5 thumbs up great for the money. Here's a tip that might get removed from the admin; I started ordering it once and backed off so as usual the ad pops up on all your websites. I kept clicking on it to check it out like a dozen times. One day the ad popped up with an offer of $30 off the already discounted price and it was only offered to me cause I kept clicking on it over a few weeks. For what I paid it was a steal. Happy!

Worst shopping experience in a very long time. I ordered this chair and 2 other items on September 2 and received them on September 5. When I unpacked the chair, I noticed that there was a hole in the mesh of the seat and another one right in the middle of the headrest. I immediately reported the defects by completing a return ticket on the seller's website. No reaction from shopper+ other than removing the "365-day warranty" and replacing it with "discontinued" in my order history. I waited a week and then decided to call them. The customer service lady seemed understanding but wanted to bypass my request. I want to return the chair because I consider that delivering merchandise with holes is a lack of respect to the customer and suggests that there is no quality control. On the other hand, the lady offered to replace the headrest to solve the problem. It's as if I had to keep merchandise with defects!!! She promises to talk to her manager and get back to me with a solution the next business day. After another week, I've had no communication. I wrote to them to follow up but no response! From that moment, I understood that shopper+ has little regard for its customers and that you have to harass them on the phone every day and make complaints everywhere to be heard. That's what I'll be doing! TO BE CONTINUED...

I'm only 5 foot and slender, so finding a chair that was adjustable enough to fit me has been a challenge, but I LOVE this chair! Decent price, very comfortable, my feet can touch the floor if I want, or I can lean back and use the footrest, and the headrest goes down low enough to be useful.

Chair seems well made, I would avoid the footrest and reclining option if you are close to the 250lb weight limit. Manage your expectations, This is not a high end/ high price commercial chair but it looks good. Hoping it stands up for a few years.

it's okay not that bad.build quality is not that great. assembly instructions are worst. padding of cushion is really bad. like if sit for more hours my butt pains due to poor cushion. back support and ergonomics of chair is good. it makes me sit striaght so from ergonomic point of view it solves purpose. but I don't think that $250 chair is going to last long . and their warranty is just 1 year.

Avec le prix, j'étais sceptique, mais finalement, tout y est! Très peu de différence avec les marques spécialisées en ergonomie qui coûte au moins 2 fois le prix!

My back was hurting me but with this chair I feel better , assembling was easy , the leg is metal and can be easily moved on carpet, foot rest is a good option I wish it was automatic and longer as I am tall , the chair is a 145 degrees flat not completely flat but very comfortable, I hope in the future something like a holder for a mobile or a laptop could be added so as to use the electronics when the chair is flat or upright. But the price compared to the market is very good.

Good design, but the cushion seat pad is not thick enough.

Great chair with a handy leg rest. I decided to purchase this chair because of many good recommendations. The ergonomics are great and there is nothing I feel I am missing when using it.
