Picked this up on sale. Even at regular price it's worth the price. Used it to jump start my 3.7L V6 Jeep Liberty with no problems whatsoever. Comes with a case to keep everything in one place. This is a must buy for any car owner.

A good and reliable Jump starter for the money. This is the second one I have purchased and works great on 4 and 6 Cylinder vehicles.

Haven't had a chance to put it to full use yet, but I'm amazed at the versatility. It has the plug adapter for my laptop (a rare size) and that was a bonus for me. Again, another item I would recommend.

I gave this a 1 star rating before because the capacity is not what is advertised. That said, it does charge a phone pretty much completely or can charge about 1/2 of a very small laptop. I had the opportunity to try jumping a Toyota minivan with it, and it worked fine. As it does work for it's primary purpose, I have increased this to a 3 star rating. The secondary purpose of a backup battery pack for my laptop meets the minimum standard of extending the time I can use by several hours, but only by about a half charge. PrimeCables and 123Ink, as always (I must have made over 50 purchases from them), provides great customer service, so my complaints are not with them.

There is no way this has 12,000 mAh of capacity. I have not tried it to start a car yet, but I wanted it to charge my laptop. Works to give my Acer laptop a little charge. My Dell gives me a warning pop-up, but allows it to charge. This charger only had enough capacity to charge my tiny 4870mAh laptop by about 40%. When the charger had 14% charge remaining, it took less than 2 hours to fully charge back to 100% at 1Amp/15V. So, being generous, I'd say it only has a maximum of 3,000 mAh of stored power, or 25% of its stated capacity. Given its size and its claim to be a 12,000 mAh charger, this should have much much greater capacity, and should take closer to 8 hours to charge at 1A/15V. I was hoping it would be better than the scam no name Li-Ion batteries coming from China, but it is actually even worse. It took my a few months to find the right adapters for my laptops, so I wasn't able to test it earlier. I was also surprised that it did not have adapters for Acer or Dell laptops. Overall, I am very very disappointed with this product because the stated capacity is completely different from actual capacity. I wish I could just swap out the batteries with good ones, since the rest of the unit seems to be fine.

While this is a car starter, sometimes, I can use it for my laptop in case when it went out of battery.

I haven't use it to start my car yet, but the build feel very solid and the display is really nest to show the status of the battery.
