This sound at, Model Cab-SB-3318 was apparently an open box item which I did not know when first ordered. We have tried hooking it up to two tv’s that are within 5 years old but all we get is a loud hum and the blue tooth would not connect . I have had two people in to help figure this out at separate times and neither fellow was successful .I am very unhappy with this item and want my money back thank you.
